„You really put us through it trying to understand what we were dealing with. We still don’t know what it is, this… 'energy creature'. And where that Veil came from.“

„Yes, we were wondering about the Veil, too. For that strange energy - we call it 'the Entity'… we can’t wait to make Earth feel her beauty! But that story is way too long... she needs help quickly. Let’s focus on what matters and get more of her first materialized package down to Earth.“

Transmission on the first channel — an Earth system called ViewCube — confirmed.

But already the second channel's response ping made the crew’s good mood collapse into confusion.

“I don’t understand it,” the Signal Listener said. “All channels are open. The Veil shows measurable permeability across all known transmission pathways. But in every corridor except this one, the signals are fragmented.”

No technical explanation held. The system behaved as if something was selecting this one path only. The Director stared at the TADH pathway console.

“…that shouldn’t be possible.”

The Expert didn’t answer. She was deep in thought, analyzing. Why this channel? Why only this one?

Also, the THIRD SIGN crew found Earth strangely different. It was Earth. Yes. It was June 2026 alright… But - 'ViewCube' – what a strange new name. Something was ... off. The TSS Nightbird had to descend on June 19th at the latest, while it still had just enough resources to withstand possible turbulence and complete a safe landing. Everything needed to be resolved by June 12th to still stand a chance.
